Before you book

How long do you take to reply?

We reply during clinic hours: Monday to Wednesday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–19:00; Thursdays, 10:00–14:00 and 15:00–19:00; and Fridays, 9:00–14:00. If you write outside those hours, at the weekend or on a public holiday, we will reply on the next working day.

Will my insurance cover it?

It depends on your insurer and the terms of your policy, so we confirm it when we give you the appointment. Tell us your insurer when you book and we will check beforehand. You can see the insurance companies we work with.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Any previous medical report you have, a list of the treatments you are using and, if you are coming about a skin lesion, please avoid covering it with make-up or nail polish that day.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Let us know through the same channel you used to book, with as much notice as you can, and we will find another slot.
